Jodie C. Riggs
Director of Career Services at Your Next Success, LLC

Jodie Riggs is the director of career services at Your Next Success, LLC. Her previous positions include corporate director of human resources and a career specialist. Jodie earned her master’s degree from Marshall University in 1994. She served as the founding president of Toastmasters International in Wake Forest, North Carolina, and is a past president of Women In Networking (WIN) in Wake Forest.

Tim Flood, PhD
Associate Professor at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill
Tim Flood, PhD is an Associate Professor of Management & Corporate Communication at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan Flagler Business School where he has been since 2004. He teaches courses in presentation skills, business writing and cross-cultural communication, and he works extensively across the MBA Program’s Career & Leadership and Student Engagement initiatives. Tim works directly with MBA international-students (approximately 30% of the MBA student population) and has been fortunate enough to travel to 16+ countries as part of his work. He also consults with organizations—from charities and small startups to Fortune 100 companies—looking to streamline their communication processes and enhance their messaging efforts in nearly any context.
Min Yi 伊敏
Senior Consultant at Aperian Global
Yi Min is a Senior Consultant with Aperian Global. She is a Global HR Executive with 20+ years of experience in Talent & Organization Development. Yi Min coached C-level leaders in managing cross-cultural challenges to successfully expand their business to global markets and drive business success. Yi Min gained solid experiences in talent management and learning & organizational development in Fortune 500 companies and various consulting firms. Her previous corporate roles include General Manager – HR Globalization for LeEco; Executive Director of Global Learning at Lenovo and Training Manager at Shell China. She was born in Inner Mongolia, grew up in Beijing, and has lived and worked in the US for over 10 years. She speaks fluent Mongolian, Chinese and English. She is based in the US and frequently travels to China on various clients’ projects. She is passionate about helping the individuals to discover their purposes/values and to pursue their goals to have a balanced life.
Bill Opal
Founder/CEO at Sails-Up

Bill started Sails-Up in 2010 after 15 years of experience in Corporate Recruitment leadership positions. He has led recruitment teams at Nortel, Aimco and Sony Mobile. Bill has experience building recruitment teams for a variety of successful projects. Sails-Up has worked with the some of top employers in the country such as Sony Mobile, Lenovo, Sage, Brinks, Dimension Data and First Citizens Bank.
