Becoming a VENDOR...
You are Retailed Vendor when you are selling goods/food on site at the event. You are Non-Retailed Vendors when you’re just sharing information and offer free samplings at your booth.
Food vendors are required to adhere to Wake County Health Department Code. Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) form will be sent to you upon receipt of your formal registration with payment. All TFE vendors shall submit completed application to Asian Focus NC (AF) no later than July 31, 2018.
Vendor requests must be registered by July 1, 2018 with payment to guarantee a space. Cancellation prior to July 15, 2018 can be refunded, but no refund will be made for cancellation after July 15, 2018.

Asian Focus greatly values your participation and support at the festival. In return for your support, we offer great branding opportunities for your group by listing of your group name in our annual dragon boat festival booklet. These event booklets comprise advertisements, culture articles, event activities, programs and more, they are distributed to our thousands of visitors and participants annually on event day.
