Lily Chan founded Asian Focus in 2009 and served as president till now. Asian  Focus provides a platform for different ethic groups to work together. Her team consists of professionals from various ethnic backgrounds and specialization. In 2014, the Greater Raleigh Dragon Boat Festival was inaugurated to promote cultural integration in North Carolina.
