Vendor Registration Instructions

Asia Fest adapted a new event registration service this year to manage the vendor registration. It now can take online payment. If you are familiar with the previous registration process, this new registration service is slightly different. Please read the instructions below before you start working on your registration. Registration Instruction

Please go to https://www.eventcreate.com/e/asiafestvendor and click the "REGISTER NOW" button to start your registration.

Step 1

Tickets page


Please read through the instructions carefully. On this page, you will select your booth type and enter the number of booth you need. Currently, we only accept one booth registration at a time. For multiple booths, please submit additional registrations or contact our vender team(vendor@asianfocusnc.org) for assistant.

Please click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page and go to Step 2.

Step 2

Details page

Once you land on Step 2, you will see your Order Summary on the top right of the page. Please make sure you selected the right type of booth that fits your organization.

On this page, you will fill in information regarding your organization and your booth. Each booth comes with up to 1 table and 2 chairs for free if you need them. If you need more, please use Add-ons at the bottom of the questionaries. You will need to bring your own tent or rent one from us. You can add additional chairs, additional tables, outlets, and tents as Add-ons.

The last question on this step is the Payment Method, you have the options to pay with Credit Card or Offline Payment* (cash, check, or Zelle).

*For "Offline Payment," you have the following options:

  • Pay by check: Make check payable to "ASIAN FOCUS CORPORATION". Mail to: P.O. Box 1206, Morrisville, NC 27560.

  • Pay by Zelle: Zelle to Asian Focus by using email address: finance@asianfocusnc.org. Please add your company name in Memo.
     

Please click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page and go to Step 3.

Step 3

Payment/Confirmation page

If you chose "Offline Payment" on Step 2, your registration will be confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email with the items you purchased. If you did not see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

If you chose "Credit Card" on Step 2, you will see an updated Order Summary on the top right of the page. It will include the Add-on items if you purchased any. You will then enter your credit card information and click "Complete Registration" to complete your payment. Please be aware of that there will be a non-refundable Service Fee added to your total. The Service Fee is charged by the Credit Card processing service.
